Dear Parents,
I am using the email system that has thankfully been put in place by the National office. I will NOT be using the google group as this system is more reliable and easier for you to get your information from me.
I just wanted to remind you that the BBQ will be taking place tonight, regardless of the weather. If it is raining then we will have the kids inside. We will be going over the rules and standards of the trip as well as the day to day schedule. Weather permitting, we will be doing fireworks as well. We should be done around 10:00 pm or so.
If your child is unable to attend, please make sure that they understand the rules and standards of the trip, especially the No Tolerance rules.
