Hello TJJ JSU Parents,
We had a beautiful final Shabbat here in Jerusalem, full of bonding time, learning, and singing together! Our teens are starting the week inspired and ready to go! Today we were on armored buses headed to Hebron! We toured the same streets where our forefather Abraham once walked, and visited the sites of King David’s first capital city. Our Lions connected to their ancestors and their past at Ma’arat HaMachpela, the resting place of Adam, Eve, Abraham, Sarah, Issac, Rivka, Jacob, and Leah. We left feeling united to one another and to the entire Jewish nation (past and present) as we returned to Jerusalem. During the evening, the teens toured the famous Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall. They relaxed, ate, and shopped before returning to the hotel to get ready for our last day. Wishing you all a good night.
