Dear Parents,

What an incredible day! We began our day with raft building on the Kinneret. The kids were divided into teams and they had to build rafts from barrels and bamboo. They then set sail on the Kinneret which was followed by some swimming/ falling off the rafts 🙂

We continued our day to De Karena chocolate factory. We learned about the history of chocolate and they we got see how the actually make the chocolate. The best part was that we got to make our own chocolate!!

Shabbat is very soon here and we look forward to doing Kabbalat Shabbat as we watch the sun set over the Golan Heights. I wish all of you a Shabbat Shalom 🙂
