Dear Parents,

What a day!! We arrived in Israel and did not waste a minute! Once the bus was loaded, we headed north to Nachal Alexander where the kids did ODT (outdoor training). They had to work in teams to solve problems and to make things happen. They competed in all kinds of races and had a lot of fun with the different challenges. It was a great way to get them moving and engaged after a long flight. We then made a quick stop where the kids could get their first shoko b’sakit (chocolate milk in a bag) and we continued on to Hispin.

We have completed our orientation for the trip and the kids are now settled. We are looking forward to a great day tomorrow building rafts on the Kinneret and making our own chocolate at De Karena.
