We started off the day hiking one of the most famous and beautiful hikes in all of Israel. The Jilabun hike consists of walking down a mountain and through a valley. The reward for doing the hike is a gorgeous 51 meter waterfall.

We then travelled to the Ben Tal mountain, a strategic bunker during the 1973 Yom Kippur war. After running through the trenches and the underground bunker we watched a movie called Oz 77 about the brave Israeli soldiers who fought in the famous “valley of tears” battle.

Just because we like the group so much we finished off the day taking a tour of the De Karina chocolate factory where we learned the history of chocolate, got to witness how chocolate is made first hand, and then had a free tasting of 10 different types of chocolate.
