The first Shabbat on TJJ was a very enjoyable experience. Shabbat on TJJ means praying, singing, playing games, making new friends and relaxing. On Friday night we all started off by taking pictures with the beautiful scenery of the Galilee in the backdrop. After that we all got together by the ocean to sing Kabbalat Shabbat and other songs to get into the Shabbat experience. Dinner was tons of fun, we all got placed beside people we didn’t know and got the opportunity to make new friends. Spending Shabbat with a huge group of people in Israel was a really special unique experience and we all feel so blessed to have the opportunity to be here in Israel together. We are all looking forward to see what the rest of the trip holds.
Friday night was a lot of fun and I can’t wait for next week.
