Today we started our day at 7:00 in the morning. We packed our towels, water, sunscreen and hats (the usual), put on our baiting suits, ate breakfast and got right onto the bus. Today is going to be a beach, boating and water sports day!!
Right off the bus we went to a beach that had all sorts of water sports and activities. There was banana boating, tubing, kayaking, and paddle boating. Banana boating was amazing, the tube held ten people at a time and the driver of the boat pulling us tried his hardest to get everyone to fall off into the water! After ten minutes of that we would trade with the people going water tubing. The tubes were a blast because the driver of the boat drove so fast and went over so many huge waves! The rides were insane, anyone on the ends of the tube was holding on for dear life! Paddle boating was a nice change of pace, even though the boat had only 4 seats somehow we were able to fit anywhere between 5-7 people on the boat without it sinking! After the waters sports we then went over to the dock and had pizza for lunch, a nice change from schnitzel!! After lunch we went on a party boat with lots of music, singing, and dancing. People were jumping, putting people up on there shoulders, and splashing water everywhere, it was awesome! Mid way into the boat ride we stopped and a raft was dropped and we were allowed to go swimming! There was also snorkeling stuff we could use to see under water where we were swimming and we saw beautiful fish! The inflatable raft was so exciting, people were constantly jumping and diving off the raft and it was just a lot of fun! People were also jumping off the boat, doing cannon balls, dives and flips. Then we got back onto the boat and partied a little bit more unlit we got back to shore.
We went back to the hotel and had some down time, about 3 hours and then went out for dinner. We went to Café Café, a restaurant in the Ice Mall were we had a choice of salad, pizza or pasta with a mushroom sauce. After dinner we had some time to walk around the Ice Mall, that was shaped look an igloo and actually had an ice rink inside! Then we got back/ into the bus and drove to the Eilat boardwalk where we got to walk around the outside strip for about an hour and a half. As it was already dark by now all the lights looked so pretty both on the strip and across the water, a great ending to an amazing day. Then we walked back to the hotel with an extremely early curfew (10:00!) as we needed to wake up at 4 the next morning!!!!
