Today we went to a chocolatiria factory. We got to see how the people make the famous Israeli chocolate logs. After that we went into a tasting room and tasted different flavors of chocolate. They had orange flavored chocolate, dark chocolate and many other delicious flavors. Following the taste testing, we went into another room and got to create our own chocolate truffles, chocolate cups and chocolate bars. It was truly amazing and delicious. They then froze the chocolate and let us take it back to the hotel to enjoy it as a pre Shabbat treat.

Later we went to this amazing fruit field. We got a tour of how the fruit is organized and learned about the rules of growing fruit. The plums, pears and nectarines where the most delicious fruits I’ve ever tasted in my life. There are no words to describe how amazing these fruits tasted. I am truly grateful to experience this eventful day and amazing trip with my new and old friends.
