Hello everyone,

Today was another amazing day in Israel! We went to Yitzchak Rabin Square and we learned about the history and the importance of it. We learned that one of the Prime Ministers of Israel; Yitzchak Rabin was assassinated there years ago. From there, we went to the Hall of Independence where we learned about Israel and how it became an independent Jewish state. We also went to the Jaffa market, where we had the opportunity to go shopping for not only ourselves, but for another person in the group. At the end of the day, we got to enjoy some delicious cake for 4 NCSYer’s birthdays. After dinner, we had a very touching program to prepare us for tomorrow’s very serious visit to Yad Vashaem.
