Today was a blast not to mention how we didn’t have to fast! Our adventure started bright and early in the morning when we had the best breakfast yet! It soon continued as we arrived at Universal Studios for a one of a kind experience. After entering the park it was as if we were entering another world, a place filled with fun and excitement for everyone. We were able to explore the park and enjoy the thrilling rides, the interesting and funny shows, as well as the delicious food! Altogether we made our way through the amusement park enjoying the atmosphere Universal offers! Some of the best rides we went on includes the Mummy, Transformers, the Despicable Me ride, and the Simpsons Ride. On top of all of these rides, there were many shows available consisting of the Animal Actors, Sound Effects, Water World, and best of all the studio tour. After a few hours of so much fun, we had lunch. Little did we know, the fun had only just begun!

After eating wraps we headed for the actual studios where movies and tv shows are filmed and produced. There we met a very intelligent and creative man named Marc Platt! As he talked to us about his job as a producer of very accomplished movies he explained the capability of having such a time consuming job but still regularly keeping the Jewish customs and celebrating Jewish holidays. The girls were in shock when he told us his son is one of the main characters in the movie Pitch Perfect, and the boys were impressed that he was the one who discovered Jason Segal when he was a young kid and built him up to be the actor that he is today! We got to ask Marc any question about Hollywood, and it was a once in a lifetime experience to meet with such a celebrated and well-known producer!
